PRODUCTION PROCESS
Quality control is performed all over the production lifecycle. In addition, since NMG Europe foams are produced in continuous, we can guarantee perfect homogeneity.
Together these factors bring high constancy of mechanical proprieties in all directions and on every production batch signifying OPTIMIZATION and RELIABILITY in applications design and EASE OF USE in manufacturing since there are no welding and the sheets can be oriented in both directions.
Also, our production process is of high standard regarding safety and environmental protection. The production process was designed to take place in ambient condition with no use of toxic and/or dangerous expanding agent. It is, in fact, a low-energy process.
All our products do not contain/release halides, hcfc, hfc, hydrocarbons / voc.
